Who we are

DIViZ Entertainment Hub ("we") books performers and event staff. This policy covers the information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you send a booking request we receive:

• your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address
• the event type, date, venue or city, guest count and budget
• the acts you picked and anything you write in the message box

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The site stores a copy of its own photo list in your browser so pages load faster; it contains nothing about you.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request: checking which performers are free, sending you a quote, and arranging the booking if you go ahead. We do not sell it or use it for marketing without asking you first.

Where it is stored

• Booking requests are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), protected so only our team can read them.
• A copy is emailed to our team through the Web3Forms email service.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that chat.
• To block spam, the booking form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which is covered by Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Details of confirmed bookings are kept as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email support@divizhub.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
