FAQ
Before you book
The questions people ask us most. If yours isn't here, message us.
What kinds of events do you cover?
Weddings, birthdays, corporate dinners and launches, private parties, club nights and festivals. If you have guests and a date, we can usually put an act together for it.
How far ahead should I book?
For weddings and big corporate events, book as early as you can, ideally a few months out, so the performers you want are still free. We do take short-notice bookings when the line-up allows it, so ask anyway.
How does booking work?
Send the booking form or message us on WhatsApp with your date, venue and the acts you have in mind. We reply within 24 hours with options and a quote. Once you confirm and pay the deposit, the date is yours.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the acts, the number of performers, how long they play and where the event is. Tell us your budget in the form and we will build the line-up around it.
What about deposits and cancellations?
A deposit secures your date. The exact deposit, balance and cancellation terms are written into your booking agreement before you pay anything, so you see them up front.
Can I see a performer before I book?
Yes. We can send videos of past performances, and for larger bookings we can arrange a call or a meeting with the act.
Do performers bring their own equipment?
Most acts come with what they need to perform. Sound and lighting depend on the venue, so we confirm what is already there and what we need to bring when we plan the event.
Do you travel outside the city?
Yes. For events outside our usual area, the performers' travel costs are added to the quote.
Can the performance be tailored?
Yes. Song lists, entrance moments, themed costumes and cultural performances can all be arranged. Put it in the booking form and we will talk it through.
Got a date?
Send the details and we will reply within 24 hours with who is free and what it costs.
